Some of us adults kayaked over to Nanaimo pick up some more groceries. The kids said, "bring back ice-cream!" So we gave it a go and between my friend and I we towed it back. Floating behind in a dry bag as submerged as we could make it. 

It functioned quite a bit like a sea anchor so we switched off halfway who was towing the drag. 

And managed to bring it back not quite completely melted. It went fast!  The cones arrived to the campsite a bit too late even though they came back in the same kayak trip.
