Gluten Free Bread and Sushi

I have had a recipe for easy and tasty gluten free bread saved on my phone for over a year now and finally got around to making a loaf.  Well, it actually made a loaf and a half.  It was really good.  I ought to make it more often.  To that end, I bought a large bag of millet flour. 


We had a go at making sushi at home.  I have done it lots in the past and I usually tend to overfill the rolls.  This is where Jeff is really good at keep the measurements precise.  We get tastier sushi that way.


So everyone got to make their own roll.  Custom.
