This August long weekend my cousin in Fort Langley organized a family reunion. It's been years since we have done that. It was fun. We took the whole weekend and our camping stuff and set up in my cousin's backyard. The weather was great.
Playing cards late the first night with the door open to the yard resulted in major mosquito bites for some of us. But it was really fun. The game was called Oh Hell.
Next day we had a walk around into town and this is grapes. Massive grape vine growing up another tree. Grapes all over the place on it.

We waited for a train because why not? But it didn't come before we got bored and decided to keep on going and find some shade.
Did I mention it was hot. By the time we took the long way around to town it was time to find ice cream or gelato more precisely.
Mine is grapefruit sorbet. Mmmm.
Then we still had to walk back.
Past the restaurant my cousin and her family own and run. Super popular. Yummy food. Cool setting.
It's called Beatniks's Bistro and it gets really busy.
