The Secret Garden

Today I volunteered doing front of house for the Kaleidoscope theatre's production of The Secret Garden at Uptown. The theatre space is interesting. It's unfinished store space, three stores spaces all in one actually. Bare cement floor, rafters in the ceiling, no plumbing. In the first picture is an ironing board right up next to the electrical circuit boxes. 

It was a pretty good space acoustically and an enjoyable production. 

We ushers got to sit in the audience, too. Today's audience was two schools. 

And then tonight we went out to E's school for the jazz band and vocal ensemble christmas concert. Also good.
