Monday May 5

Tonight it was risotto for dinner. I have never made risotto but there are recipes in my super fabulous pressure cooker cook book, The Pressured Cook. I love my pressure cooker. 
Risotto on the table in 30 minutes. Really. 
We had a block of home made chicken stock in the freezer, which always cranks up the flavour over bought stock. Tobin ate it and liked it. And everyone else did too. 
Eva said it would be better without the chicken in it. I added that at the end but it didn't call for it. 
I will make it again.
