Filming a crowd scene

We are doing a little movie with Star Trek characters and Dr Who characters in it. This Sunday our friends kindly spent two hours in Pam and Jon's basement bring the crowd in a pub. 

It's set on an alien planet with human like inhabitants loosely medieval-esque.

These are some setting up pictures.

And some shots for costume continuity for next weekend when we shoot the vicious sword fight in an alleyway.

We are generally more organized this time, with much more scripted dialogue. Although that does take longer to shoot, I think it will be easier to edit.
