I like his shop. It's basic and utilitarian and completely non tech.
Our hybrid chestnut tree in the front yard is splitting and half of it is going to come down soon I think. It's a boulevard tree belonging to the city so I will be phoning them to come and cut some of it off.
And here are some words on a different topic. Sort of poemy. The kitchen is kind and generous; affording every member of the house as much time as they desire to rattle and clatter about within it.
The house feels properly full and comfortable again with Eva back home. At the same time, I feel the weight of thinking of ingredients for all the school lunches tomorrow and providing food, proper meals, for the full house load.
